    I like to take a walk. Even when it’s cold and raining, I enjoy removing myself physically from a stressful environment into Nature. And if I can’t make it outside, I pop on some noise-canceling headphones and listen to music with my eyes closed.

    I take a ride on my bike. I put my earbuds in, turn on some oldies, and just pedal. It only takes about 10 minutes for me to start feeling better

    Hell yeah. Nothing clears the head like wind in your face and good music in your ears. Ten minutes of that and the bullshit starts to fade real quick.
