Your Voice Matters. Tell Your Story.

Every man has a story. Your experiences, struggles, and victories can inspire, guide, and empower others. The Solemn Sir is a space to share real stories from real men. Whether it’s a moment of triumph, a lesson learned, or a hardship overcome, your voice belongs here.

Submission Guidelines

At The Solemn Sir, we believe every man’s truth deserves to be heard with dignity, authenticity, and respect. If you’re considering sharing your story, here’s what to know before submitting:

Authenticity matters
We welcome raw, real, and reflective stories. There’s no need to impress—just be honest about your experience and what it meant to you.

Respect privacy
If your story involves other people, please avoid using full names or identifiable details unless you have their permission.

Length and detail
Your initial submission can be a short summary, around one to three paragraphs. We’ll follow up with you if it’s a good fit and help guide the development of the full story.

Topics we welcome
We’re open to a wide range of themes, including but not limited to:
• Mental health and emotional well-being
• Relationships and fatherhood
• Identity, purpose, and self-worth
• Loss, recovery, and resilience
• Workplace pressure and societal expectations

Tone and style
We’re looking for thoughtful, respectful, and introspective voices. You don’t have to be a polished writer. We’re here to help shape your story with care and intention.

Editorial process
If your submission is selected, we’ll work with you to refine it for publication. You’ll always have final approval before anything is published on The Solemn Sir.

Your story can make a difference—not just for you, but for another man who may need to hear it.

Rights and Permissions
By submitting your story, you grant The Solemn Sir permission to publish, edit for clarity or length, and share your story across our platform and related channels. You retain ownership of your story, and we will never publish it without your final approval.

Please only submit content you have the right to share. If your story involves others, be mindful of their privacy and avoid sharing identifying details without consent. The Solemn Sir is not responsible for legal claims that may arise from submitted content.
